Greer founded Chesters in 2012, having identified the opportunity for a dedicated specialist retail agency in Brisbane. The business has since become a market leader in speciality retail leasing, working with many of the country's most dynamic brands. Greer previously worked as a property analyst in London and at Suncorp Group in property development and finance. She is known for identifying the right tenant, and for a creative and effective approach to lease negotiation.
